In light of this, our primary focus is to raise awareness among them about the importance of education and empower them to become literate.
We provide essential study materials to alleviate the burden of study expenses on their families, ensuring that lack of resources does not hinder their educational journey.
Moreover, we promote adult education programs to support individuals who had to give up their studies due to unavoidable circumstances but possess a strong desire to continue learning.

Gramin Hastkala Vikas Samiti has established Hastkala Kendra, a unit dedicated to providing vocational training to women and youth in the art of handicraft making, stitching, and tailoring. This initiative holds immense importance in empowering individuals and fostering their socio-economic growth.
Hastkala Kendra offers a platform for women and youth to acquire valuable skills in traditional handicrafts and modern stitching techniques. By imparting this vocational training, we enable them to become self-reliant and financially independent.
They gain expertise in creating beautiful and unique handicrafts, which can be sold in local markets or through online platforms, thus opening avenues for entrepreneurship.
We feel so pleased to see the women and the youth gaining a means of livelihood, enhancing their economic well-being, and contributing to their families financial stability. They no longer have to rely solely on traditional occupations but can explore new avenues for income generation.
